The State Department has released its June visa bulletin, announcing that the final action date is current for all EB-5 investor categories with the exception of applicants from Mainland China in the Unreserved category (including C5, T5, I5, R5.) Those investors have this month had their final action date pushed back to Nov. 22, 2015 and their date of filing to Dec, 15, 2015.
