EB-5 visa bulletin for August is out

The U.S. department of State has released its August 2022 Visa Bulletin that summarizes the availability of immigrant numbers during August for “Final Action Dates” and “Dates for Filing Applications,” indicating when immigrant visa applicants should assemble and submit required documentation to the National Visa Center.
The final action cutoff date remains at Nov. 22, 2015 for all EB-5 investor categories for applicants from Mainland China in the Unreserved categories (C5, T5, I5, and R5).
The Final Action date for all other countries is current, including India, Mexico and the Philippines. This includes all EB-5 set-aside categories (Rural, High Unemployment, and Infrastructure).
