As an F-1 undergrad student, I’m starting my senior year this fall. The original plan was to continue with a postgraduate degree while my parents applied for an EB-5 visa and I was their dependent. However, I have been offered the opportunity to continue my degree through a dual program with a UK university, which would require me to complete my second year there. How does this affect our future EB-5 application?
