April visa bulletin shows all countries current for direct EB-5 stream

The State Department has released its April visa bulletin, announcing that the final action date is current for all direct EB-5 investors.
The EB-5 regional center stream, which was approved in the bill signed by President Biden on March 11, is listed as "U" meaning unauthorized, since it will officially be reauthorized 60 days from when the bill was passed. Regional centers and regional center investors will not be able to file new petitions with the USCIS during this time period.
