American Lending Center Holdings, Inc. (ALC) welcomed Andrew Diroll-Black as its new Chief Compliance Officer and Christopher Mason as their VP of Global Communications. Diroll-Black is a former leader at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS)’s Immigrant Investor Program Office. Meanwhile, Mason served as Chief Economist for the Immigrant Investor Program Office at USCIS. ALC also appointed leading U.S. immigration law specialist Ira J.
