Former USCIS leadership and leading U.S. immigration specialist join ALC ranks

American Lending Center Holdings, Inc. (ALC) welcomed Andrew Diroll-Black as its new Chief Compliance Officer and Christopher Mason as their VP of Global Communications. Diroll-Black is a former leader at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS)’s Immigrant Investor Program Office. Meanwhile, Mason served as Chief Economist for the Immigrant Investor Program Office at USCIS. ALC also appointed leading U.S. immigration law specialist Ira J. Kurzban and Gary Merson, former Chief of Staff at the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as Senior Advisors.

AILA’s EB-5 Committee has a new member

Belma Demirovic Chinchoy, an EB-5 attorney and founding partner of Immigration General Counsel, has joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)’s National EB-5 Committee and its Removal Defense Subcommittee.

Vivanco & Vivanco has new partners, offices, and practice

Vivanco & Vivanco law firm has named two new partners: Steven Sensi and Sebastian Landivar. Sensi is a corporate lawyer, and Sebastian Landivar is a tax lawyer. Both are based in Bolivia. The firm has also opened new offices in Argentina and Chile and launched a new international arbitration practice.
