When should information on whether the EB-5 visa program will be renewed beyond 2027 be released? Should we expect a similar situation to the one EB-5 investors lived in 2021, when the program ended without immediate renewal?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysGreat question with no simple answer. The good news is that petitions filed before September 30, 2026 are grandfathered, for those filing after that date, we waiting for clarification from Congress and from USCIS.
