- China (Unreserved): Final Action Date moved to August 15, 2016, and the Filing Date remains August 22, 2016.
The last time these important EB-5 application dates advanced was in the January 2026 Visa Bulletin.
Meanwhile, dates for all other Unreserved countries and for EB-5 set-asides remain current, with no observed backlogs yet.
