Attendee Release

The conference you are attending may be recorded or photographed.  By registering for the event you hereby give permission to Outclick Media (dba EB5Investors.com) to post your picture/video on our website, or various marketing campaigns we regularly send out to the community regarding our programs. 1. Grant of Rights: For good and valuable consideration, the adequacy of which you hereby acknowledge, including your attendance at any Outclick Media event, you (“Attendee”), hereby grant Outclick Media (dba EB5Investors.com) and its representatives, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, and those acting under its authority or license (collectively “Outclick Media”), an irrevocable and unrestricted right and license, and the copyright to the same, to photograph, quote, record and/or video you at our event and legitimately and accurately use, reproduce, display, broadcast, edit, publish, or distribute such video and/or photographs of you, including your name, image, likeness, and/or biographical information (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Attendee’s Likeness”) in connection with the publicizing, promoting, advertising, marketing, and/or exploitation of Outclick Media’s legitimate, professional product(s) and service(s) relating to your attendance at one or more Outclick Media events. You hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any such use. Additionally, you expressly waive any and all moral and analogous rights. You also waive any right to royalties, credits, or other compensation arising from or related to the use of Attendee’s Likeness for the purposes above. 2. Release: You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless and forever discharge Outclick Media from all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action which you or any persons acting on your behalf may have by reason of, and/or arising out of, the authorized use of Attendee’s Likeness permitted herein. You agree that you will not assert or maintain against Outclick Media any claim, action, suit or demand that may arise regarding the above-authorized use of Attendee’s Likeness including, but not limited to, any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright, or other claims grounded upon intellectual property rights or civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with Outclick Media’s lawful and authorized use of Attendee’s Likeness as herein provided. 3. You certify that you have read this Attendee Release before registering for the event and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof, and do hereby consent without reservation to the foregoing.
