Alexei Kondenkov is an escrow solutions professional. He is currently a vice president, relationship manager at Axos Bank.
Axos Bank has nearly $10 billion in assets, and provides financing options for single and multi-family properties, businesses and specialty finance receivables. Its solutions include banking and lending options for EB-5 regional centers, project developers, fund managers and foreign nationals interested in the EB-5 immigrant investor program.
At Axos, Kondenkov is in charge of business development for the specialty services vertical within the commercial banking division. He has more than 10 years of related banking experience. He is experienced in EB-5 and private equity offerings, escrow agent services for EB-5 issuers, commercial banking, project financing, treasury management services, personal banking and mortgages for foreign nationals.
Kondenkov previously worked for EB5 Investors Magazine, where he served as a relationship manager. He also was a senior relationship banker for Comerica and in other banking roles for U.S. Bank and Bank of America.
Kondenkov has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton. He is a California-licensed notary public and a member of the best practices committee at Invest in the USA (IIUSA), an EB-5 trade association.
Kondenkov speaks English and Russian.
