Working with immigration attorneys, entrepreneurs, and investors, BixPlan develops customized business plans that support successful investment and immigration projects nationwide. The firm also develops business plans for E-2, E-1, and L-1 visas, SBA financing, and private investors.

With more than 30 years of business experience, Rios combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. He is also an international speaker, author, and business educator. He is the author of Enfoque de Águila, has delivered more than 300 conferences throughout the United States and Latin America, and previously served as a professor at Universidad ICESI and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. He also served for more than a decade as an Instructor at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), University of Houston, and is an Alumni Ambassador of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
