Matias Rios is an EB-5 Business Plan Strategist and Founder & CEO of BixPlan, a U.S. business consulting firm established in 2010 that specializes in developing USCIS-compliant EB-5 business plans for investors seeking to establish or expand businesses throughout the United States.
Working with immigration attorneys, entrepreneurs, and investors, BixPlan develops customized business plans that support successful investment and immigration projects nationwide. The firm also develops business plans for E-2, E-1, and L-1 visas, SBA financing, and private investors.
Since its establishment in the United States, BixPlan has advised more than 4,000 entrepreneurs and business owners and has delivered more than 1,000 customized business plans across a broad range of industries, helping clients launch, expand, and finance businesses throughout the country.
With more than 30 years of business experience, Rios combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. Throughout his career, he has advised entrepreneurs and investors worldwide, giving him broad insight into the business, cultural, and investment challenges international clients face when establishing businesses in the United States.
He is also an international speaker, author, and business educator. He is the author of Enfoque de Águila, has delivered more than 300 conferences throughout the United States and Latin America, and previously served as a professor at Universidad ICESI and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia. He also served for more than a decade as an Instructor at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), University of Houston, and is an Alumni Ambassador of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
