Robert K. Whyte has over 25 years of investment banking experience and worked as a compliance officer, Series 24, for a Wall Street firm.

Whyte is an investment banker who serves entrepreneurs across the globe. As the leader at Whyte & Co., he oversees work performed by a team well-versed in EB-5 matters.
In 2002, Whyte founded the Los Angeles office of Morgan Joseph & Co. as Managing Partner, specializing in SPACs, PIPEs, high yield debt, institutional private equity, and IPOs. His transactions ranged from $50 to $300million.
Before moving to Los Angeles, Robert was a partner in the Media and Broadcast Group of RBC Daniels and Associates in New York City.
Whyte was one of the founding partners of Home Shopping Network and, in 1986, led the company as its CEO through its Initial Public Offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the US Company on the American Stock Exchange.
Most importantly, Whyte understands the EB-5 program; he went through the immigration process himself, coming from Canada over twenty-five years ago with an O visa, specializing in investment banking. Furthermore, he is a partner in one of the only successfully approved $1million direct EB-5 investment projects in the United States.
