Sasha Westerman-Keuning is the founding partner of Rostova Westerman Law Group, P.A., located in Florida. She handles general immigration matters such as employment-based visas and complex immigration matters related to deportation and political asylum cases. During her legal career, Westerman-Keuning has worked as a lead litigation associate on class action EB-5 cases that have helped form EB-5 laws.

Westerman-Keuning earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies and History, magna cum laude, from Boston College. As a law student, she received a CALI Future in Excellence Award. She is an actively admitted member in good standing with the Florida State Bar. She is eligible to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Westerman-Keuning is a member of AILA and serves on AILA South Florida’s Pro Bono Committee.

After graduating from law school, Westerman-Keuning worked at the law office of Kurzban, Kurzban, Weinger, Tetzeli, & Pratt P.A as an associate attorney. In this capacity, she served as the lead litigation associate on immigration federal court cases and class action lawsuits, working with Ira Kurzban. Westerman-Keuning then went on to work as associate attorney at Julie C. Ferguson, P.A., and when this law office merged into Carlton fields, she subsequently helped establish and develop the immigration law practice at that firm.

After serving as a senior immigration associate at a major Miami-based immigration law firm, Westerman-Keuning launched her own practice in 2013, Sasha Westerman-Keuning P.A. After merging practices, the firm became Rostova Westerman Law Group, P.A. in 2016. Westerman-Keuning was named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys in the field of Immigration Law by The National Advocates in 2015.
