American Regional Center-Las Vegas, LLC was designated by USCIS as a regional center in May 2015. The regional center has an approved geographic scope that includes Clark County in the state of Nevada. It received designation to operate in the industry areas of commercial and institutional building construction, and assisted living facilities for the elderly. The regional center operates within the jurisdiction of the Las Vegas Strip, and has both a Las Vegas City Business License, along with a Nevada State Business License.

The founder of the American Regional Center-Las Vegas is Longsheng Lei, who has more than 23 years of real estate development experience. For more than two decades, Mr. Lei has worked with major commercial estate companies in China. Currently, he serves as the U.S. International Financial Investment Group, Inc.’s president. He received his Bachelor of Science from Wuhan University in Wuhan, Hubei, China in 1998.
Alina Lo is a partner in the American Regional Center-Las Vegas. She has over a decade of experience in communication, writing, and public relations, and she currently works with USA Travel Manager. Ms. Lo is fluent in Mandarin and English. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in China.
