Francis J. Brink is an EB-5 attorney at Brink & Laverty PA, a law firm headquartered in Orlando, Fla. Since 2009, he has practiced primarily in the field of immigration law. Attorney Brink specializes in several areas within U.S. immigration law, namely family-based visas, business-based visas, asylum and removal defense, and other matters. In the EB-5 sector, he has expertise in all stages of the immigration application filing process, including I-526 petitions, 1-485 applications, and I-829 petitions.
Attorney Brink spent several years as an intern at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., in which capacity he realized that he wanted to pursue a full-time career in the legal field. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and then earned his Juris Doctor from the Barry University, Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Fla., in 2009. In October of the same year, he was admitted to the Florida State Bar as a fully licensed attorney, and remains in good standing.
Subsequently, Attorney Brink spent several years working for a leading U.S. immigration attorney, Philip M. Zyne, of the Florida-based law firm, Philip M. Zyne, P.A. Immediately prior to co-founding Brink & Laverty PA, Attorney Brink practiced immigration law as a lead attorney at the Orlando/Maitland area-based firm, Beshara, P.A. In his immigration practice, Attorney Brink is committed to providing each of his clients with utmost level of respect and professionalism while working with them to achieve their immigration objectives.
A long-time Florida resident, Attorney Brink was raised in Miami. His father is of German heritage and his mother is of Peruvian heritage. Attorney Brink is fluent in English and Spanish.
