Attorney Goldman’s experience in international work includes providing corporate counsel, managing arbitrations, contracts, and litigation in relation to commercial disputes for an international trading company in Liverpool, England. Later, he served as the compliance officer and managing director of a trust company located in Hong Kong and Monaco from 1999 to 2011. His work included structuring corporate vehicles for the ownership of real estate, commercial and private yachts, acting as company directors and professional trustees, asset protection, holding company structuring and international trade. Additionally, he acted as in-house counsel at the headquarters in Monaco for the Modern Pentathlon (a summer Olympic sport). His work included administrative law, organizing competition for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, and arbitration.
