Compensation
$70,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with three to five years of EB5 experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Managing Attorney with three to five years of dedicated EB5 experience to support our immigration practice. This role focuses primarily on workflow oversight, case management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong command of EB5 filings, the ability to supervise paralegals and junior staff, and the judgment needed to maintain accuracy and consistency across all casework. This is not a business development or public-facing position. The focus is internal management of legal work and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day to day workflow of EB5 matters including I 526E, I 829 and related filings.
2. Review and quality check all EB5 petitions prepared by paralegals and junior attorneys.
3. Ensure accuracy and compliance in source of funds analysis and path of funds documentation.
4. Provide feedback, corrections and guidance to legal staff to maintain consistency and high standards.
