The Silicon Valley Regional Center (SVRC) is a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) designated regional center that is operated by the Sand Hill Property Company. SVRC has received government authorization to operate in the San Francisco Bay Area counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, and Santa Clara. These counties are located in a prime region that affords investors ample job creation opportunities. In fact, this area occupies one of the world’s premier locations for opportunities in the science and technology industries, known as Silicon Valley.

The operators of the Silicon Valley Regional Center have over 25 years of experience in operating successful ventures in the San Francisco Bay Area. This management team has an extensive history of operating hotel, medical, retail, and office development projects. The team has access to unique development opportunities and prime real estate due to their long standing connections and dealings with businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

SVRC provides EB-5 investors with the services they need to successfully navigate the EB-5 program. For each immigrant investor, SVRC oversees the investment process from start to finish. This takes a considerable burden off investors as they no longer have to plan, research, or set up business projects as they are already in place. SVRC ensures that all USCIS job creation requirements are met by each investor. Additionally, SVRC assumes the responsibility of coordinating all components of investment projects, from planning and funding through construction and promotion.

The Silicon Valley Regional Center also provides investors with services that are not typically provided by other regional centers. These services are intended to help make the transition into the United States as smooth and effortless as possible. Some of the aspects that SVRC routinely help investors with include help finding educational resources, housing resources and guidance, introductions with local community members, recommendations for moving services, and tours of local attractions, parks, churches, and shopping centers.
