This provider offered a secondary marketing solution and comprehensive mortgage origination to over 50 U.S. banks, and resulted in the origination and sale of billions of dollars of real estate assets. Woods earned his bachelor’s degree in English and Business from Brigham Young University.
Howard Wu is a principal and owner of Urban Commons, and has developed a number of hospitality, retail, multi-family, and office properties. He has also developed thousands of entitlements for condominiums, custom homes, and individual lots, with an emphasis on the California market. Wu is adept at predicting market opportunities, along with identifying and negotiating properties which will result in the optimal amount of returns, and he is skilled in managing relationships with high-profile clients such as civic leaders, lenders, and bankers.
