Texas EB-5 Regional Center, located in Dallas, was designated as an EB-5 Regional Center by USCIS in July 2013. The regional center is able to offer opportunities for immigrants to obtain their green cards by investing in projects that will create jobs in the United States. The regional center is authorized to create EB-5 investment opportunities in a wide range of industries, including retirement communities and assisted living facilities for the elderly, traveler accommodation, restaurants and other eating places, real estate, nursing care facilities, architectural, engineering, and related services, and residential and nonresidential building construction. Texas EB-5 Regional Center’s geographic scope includes the Texas counties of Collins, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Somervell and Tarrant.

Stan Bradshaw is the principal and chief executive officer of Texas EB-5 Regional Center. He is a recognized and highly accomplished entrepreneurial leader. He founded a technology company in Dallas that created over 160 jobs and had multiple manufacturing locations across the United States. Bradshaw has been recognized by a number of independent organizations, including five-time recognition as a Dallas 100 company and four-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. He also founded the Bradshaw Group in 1990 and successfully guided it to $350 million in revenue over 22 years.
David Gunderson is the principal and executive vice president of Texas EB-5 Regional Center. He has experience building and selling several successful companies in the commercial real estate industry, including finance, development, construction and architecture. Gunderson’s companies have been recognized by the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and Fortune Magazine. He has also designed, developed and managed over $750 million worth of commercial real estate. He has worked with high ranking clients, such as USCIS, the U.S. Secret Service, the U.S. Department of Education and numerous Fortune 500 companies. Gunderson is also a member of the American Institute of Architects.
