GSRC invites foreign investors to partake in investment projects in the real estate, restaurant, hospitality, and assisted living industries, among others. GSRC has established core values of integrity, stewardship, efficiency, value, and friendship. GSRC prioritizes the interests of the clients before anything else. The professionals at GSRC treat clients as friends, providing a supportive environment and establishing a relationship even after business operations are complete. They work by The Golden Rule, “Do to others as you would have them do to you,” and truly act in the best interests of the investor at all times, working to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness for the investor. GSRC makes every project deal a success and has left foreign clients satisfied ever since they started business.

The Gulf States Regional Center understands the importance of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program for foreign individuals who wish to live in the United States and establish a better life for their families. With a minimum investment of $500,000, an immigrant can partake in a solid investment project that will help boost the American economy and they can also obtain permanent resident status (a green card) for themselves and their families. GSRC has a large network of partners from a variety of industries in Florida that can be utilized to help potential immigrants make a smooth transition to the United States.
