Global Premier America Regional Center (GPARC) is an EB-5 Regional Center headquartered in Orange County, Calif. GPARC received USCIS designation in June of 2011 and focuses on offering EB-5 compliant capital investment opportunities in the industries of retail trade, food services, and healthcare and social assistance.

GPARC’s geographic scope includes the countries of Imperial, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, Kern, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, Alameda, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, and San Francisco in the state of California.

GPARC offers comprehensive services to help foreign investors throughout the process of their investment. These services include initial program discussions, legal counseling, and asset management. The professionals at GPARC understand that the EB-5 immigration process and relocation can be challenging for investors and their families. GPARC works for investors to ensure that projects are EB-5 compliant, allowing investors to pursue other businesses and/or personal responsibilities.

The GPARC team is composed of real estate developers, business consultants, and legal counsel who have extensive experience in finance, development, and business and have worked in government settings.

Andrew Hanna, the president and chief executive officer of Global Premier America Regional Center, directs the operations and strategic planning of the regional center. Hanna has 15 years of experience in the real estate development area and has served as the president and CEO of Global Premier Development, Inc., a company known for its comprehensive focus on building over 40 quality developments in California. Hanna has administered over $500 million of equity investment from his nationally recognized partners, Bank of America, Aegon, and AIG/SunAmerica over the last six years. He is well-known by investors and lenders in the real estate development industry as a leading affordable housing developer in California.

Neil Socquet, senior vice president of GPARC, has over 20 years of real estate experience. Socquet previously served as senior vice president of acquisitions for AIG/SunAmerica. While at AIG, Socquet was responsible for private equity investment used for the development of affordable multi-family housing. His experience includes acquisitions and asset management of all types of real estate. Socquet received his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University. He also received his master’s degree in Business Management from Pepperdine’s Graziado School of Business.
