About Rosanna M Fox
Rosanna M. Fox is an EB-5 immigration attorney and shareholder in Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s New York office. With experience in business immigration and compliance matters, she focuses her practice on advising both small and large corporate clients on immigration compliance programs to facilitate short- and long-duration work assignments of professional workers, managers, executives and specialized personnel. She also provides legal guidance to international entrepreneurs and investors regarding permanent and temporary U.S. immigration options, such as EB-5.
Attorney Fox has represented corporate and individual clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options in the United States in industries such as financial services, media, e-commerce, advertising, technology and more. She also has experience in nationality issues relating to the acquisition and retention of United States citizenship, as well as employment compliance issues, and has represented employers in PERM labor certification matters. Her areas of concentration are as follows: immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, employment compliance (Form I-9 and E-Verify), PERM labor certification matters, visas for investors and entrepreneurs, family-based immigration, and EB-5 compliance.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Attorney Fox was a partner in the law firm of Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP in New York City. In addition to her work as an attorney, she has presented on various immigration-related topics, including starting businesses in the United States, immigration and tax issues affecting Australians, the PERM labor certification application process, and the green card process.
Attorney Fox received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Rochester. She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she graduated with cum laude honors. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and co-chair of the Department of Labor Committee for AILA’s New York chapter. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. Attorney Fox is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is fluent in Russian.
