Subsequent to earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1983, Attorney Su attended Missouri State University and attained his M.S. in education in 1988. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Washington University in 1991, along with his L.L.M. in taxation from New York University in 1992. Attorney Su is fluent in both Chinese and English.
