Attorney Huang is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Federal District Court Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the District of Northern Illinois, the District of Colorado and the California Supreme Court. Additionally, he is a member of the immigration section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
