Mark Welch is an Australian registered migration agent based in the United Kingdom, and the founder of Cargil Migration, a specialized Australian law firm that has offered global migration services since its establishment in 2002.

Welch is well-versed in the Business Innovation Stream, Investor Stream, the Employer Sponsored and Business Talent visa programs (such as the Venture Capital Entrepreneur Scheme), as well as family-based visas, skilled visas and temporary visas. His career has involved him managing Employer Nomination Schemes (ENS) for some of the world’s most well-known and successful businesses, as well as with smaller scale businesses across various industries. Welch has assisted clients in the sectors of technology, finance, engineering, oil and gas, professional services, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and pharmaceutical.

Welch’s client base has included U.K. and European businesses interested in entering the Australian market, as well as companies already established but in need of talented foreign workers to expand business in Australia.
