Keith R. Clark, CPA manages the tax and accounting divisions of DiSanto, Priest & Co, located in
Warwick, Rhode Island. He has worked in the public accounting field for more than five years, and specializes in financial reporting, consulting, and tax services for regional centers, EB-5 projects, investors, and EB‐5 funds. His clients originate from a variety of industries, including distribution, construction, real estate, emerging companies, and professional service firms, and include some of the country’s largest regional centers which administer some of the largest projects in the EB-5 program. He has particular expertise in matters related to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, international taxation, and partnership and corporate taxation.
One of the largest regional accounting firms in the Northeastern United States, DiSanto, Priest & Co’s mission is to deliver a comprehensive approach to their clients’ business and personal financial matters. The firm’s EB-5 services include tax and financial reporting for regional centers and projects. This includes preparation of the annual financial statements, filing of all federal and state tax returns, and serving as the regional centers’ third-party accountants and CPAs. Among other EB-5 investor-related services, the firm also prepares and administers immigrant investors’ financial reporting and tax packages, which are comprised of a compiled financial statement for the project and each investor’s Schedule K‐1.
Clark focuses on this tax package preparation and financial reporting for EB‐5 investors, assisting them throughout the entirety of their investment in order to help them navigate their U.S. tax requirements. This includes handling matters related to tax planning, state and local tax compliance, estate planning, foreign asset reporting, and various other tax obligations arising from an EB‐5 investment. Clark additionally has experience assisting with the tax and financial reporting for the EB-5 project itself. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University, and will earn his master’s degree in taxation from Bryant University. Clark is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
