For non-Chinese cases the processing time is very much what is listed, that is 30 months to 49.5 months. We are getting some cases approved slightly less than this but approximately 2 years appears to be realistic.
Nearly all adjudications this year have been closer to 24 months.
The average processing time for an I-526 as of November 16, 2020 is about three years.

The website is longer than the cases I am seeing and 13-14 months would be shorter. In my experience cases seem to take closer to 2 months, more or less.
