What is the average EB-5 processing time?

Are the processing times listed on the USCIS accurate? Many EB-5 websites are listing average processing times as 13-14 months.

You should rely on the processing time published on the USCIS official website www.uscis.gov.

For non-Chinese cases the processing time is very much what is listed, that is 30 months to 49.5 months. We are getting some cases approved slightly less than this but approximately 2 years appears to be realistic.

Reasonably accurate on the USCIS website but they are taking cases that have current visas before ones without a current priority date.

The website is longer than the cases I am seeing and 13-14 months would be shorter. In my experience cases seem to take closer to 2 months, more or less.
