I am from Brazil and have a mining consulting business that has taken me all over the world. For a few years I advised a few European clients opening projects in Iran. Therefore, I traveled to Iran many times. I am now looking at the EB-5 visa program to relocate my business as I concentrate in Canadian and U.S. projects. I am concerned that my past endeavors in Iran might hurt my applications because of the restrictions against the country by the U.S.
