There’s a lot of talk about how Trump wants to limit H-1B visas. I have been looking at applying through the lottery, but I am not sure if it’s worth the effort, given it may be revoked in the future.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIt will not be revoked, just that if you are out of status under current rules you have to pay $100,000. But seems like you already would have been covered by filing before the new rules. We are not seeing many legitimate H-1B visas revoked.
