Will social media screening become an EB-5 requirement?

Will reviewing my social media account be part of the approval process, as I see it is becoming a part of the requirements for other US visas?

It is likely that some screening is already occurring , and most likely this will increase and apply to all green card cases.

When they do background checks this is likely, but presently only H and F student visas are subject to hold for social media screening.

It is not, but at the time for your I-485 application or US Consulate procedures may check your social media contents.

It is reviewed at the immigrant visa stage or at the I-485 stage. Since it usually does not involve how an investor lawfully earned their sources of funds, it’s not reviewed at the initial EB-5 investor petition stage.
