Why my NVC notice letter does not include my dependents?

My EB-5 petition was approved in February, and I just received the receipt letter from NVC. In the letter, my ID and invoice ID are mentioned, but not the details of my dependents (my wife and two kids.) Do you know if this is normal?

You should submit a public inquiry with the NVC on their website and upload copies of your family members' biographic documents (passport copies, birth certificates, marriage certificates) and ask that fee bills be issued for them.

You need to add them to your case by submitting your marriage certificate and all birth certificates through their portal.
