I applied to a priority project 15 months ago. I got my I-526E approval 8 months back, but I haven’t heard about my I-485 AOS yet. Is this a cause for concern?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe longer I-485 processing time does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your adjustment application. However, it is importantly to understand that there is no presumption that the I-485 will be approved after the I-526E is approved.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe I-485 is adjudicated at a different service center than your I-526E and processing times are very slow - sometimes over 2 years on average.
