The March visa bulletin was released a few hours ago, but it still marked the EB-5 regional center category as “U”. I heard that the president just signed the bill to prevent another government shutdown. Is the EB-5 regional center program included in the bill? Does it get funded? My family and I have been waiting for an interview date after our documents were accepted on Feb 1. When can we expect this category to be available again?

Most likely, the March Visa Bulletin that was released after the extension this month in February was drafted before the extension this month, in February. As such, assuming you're not from a country like China, where there is a visa backlog, you'd be scheduled for your interview as soon as the EB-5 petition is approved and you can through the process with the National Visa Center and the American consulate abroad to schedule you for a final interview.
