Who manages the EB-5 investor money?

I don’t understand the difference between the Regional Center, the NCE, and the JCE. Who actually gets my EB-5 investor money, who invests it, and who manages it? Who is responsible for my money? Who is responsible for returning my money if the project fails? Can the same entity be all three?

Whatever project you invest in will have you sign and agree to their various project documents. These documents should tell you what happens to your money, possible return of funds (This can’t be guaranteed). If the project documents don’t answer these questions for you satisfactorily, ask more questions before signing and review with immigration counsel.
