Which EB-5 set-aside category is being processed faster now: rural, high unemployment, or infrastructure? Would it be possible to invest in a project that meets all three requirements?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysYou have to choose one option. Generally, rural is supposed to get priority but since they adjudicate by project, some high unemployment projects are getting approved. The 956F project has to be approved before any petition can be approved.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysI have only heard about rural, but I would expect all three are on the fast track. If you can find a project meeting two that might help.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysThe RIA instructs USCIS to priority process cases filed based on investments in rural areas. That being said, your I526E will not be adjudicated until the project’s I-956F is approved by USCIS.
