Where can I find a list of qualified regional centers with projects located in a TEA under the new rules?

With the new regulations, many regional centers have been disqualified. The designation of targeted employment areas has changed as well. Is there a list where I can find a qualified regional center with projects located in a TEA?

The USCIS has a list of current regional center but many are not active so you may have to search online for a registered broker or due diligence expert that can help you evaluate projects.

I don''t know that many regional centers have been disqualified by the new regulations; perhaps their projects do not qualify for TEA/reduced investment amount, but they have not been disqualified. The same resources used for regional center investigation remain available today, through brokers, attorneys, conferences, etc.

There may not be a list out there but, talk to EB-5 attorney and perhaps regional centers as well. Also, make sure you employ due diligence in your search.
