Where can I find independent information about EB-5 projects from regional centers? I’ve heard that it’s important not to just rely on recommendations from interested parties like migration agents or the regional centers themselves but to do my own due diligence. However, I’m having trouble finding a comprehensive list of projects. How can I locate independent information about the projects, and what criteria should I use to compare them in order to select the right one? Is this something I should do or have my attorney do?

There are advisors independent of the Centers whom you can retain to help you do the analysis. The attorney will also review the documents the Center provides you after you are ready to make a selection.
