My husband and I applied to use cross chargeability for his approved EB-5 petition, and already had our I-485 interview in October 2019. It has been several months and we still did not get any news for our case. How long would it take for us to get our green cards? Can they still send us RFE?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf your priority date is current and there were no issues at the interview, I would follow up after 60 days. Do you know the name of the examiner?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyDepending on a number of factors, some I-485s may take nearly two years before everything is resolved. Also, nothing stops the USCIS from sending you one or two RFEs.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyThat seems like a long time. I have heard everything from 60 days to 120 days and even longer. After four months though, making an inquiry through the eGov system would be a good start.
