I want to know if tehre’s enough time for me to apply for the EB-5 visa before the set asides backog happens. Is this backlog really going to happen? Will it hit all set asides at the first time, or just the rural projects, given it’s the most popular one?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysBacklogs are definitely coming as the program is oversubscribed. Because of delays in processing adjustment of status, presently 2 ½ years is the published time and the paucity of scheduling final RIA interviews abroad and actual visa issuance has been relatively low. Retrogression has been delayed providing additional opportunity to file adjustment applications.
