I received my 2-year conditional green card in September 2024. After my original regional center was terminated, I redeployed my EB-5 investment, and the funds will reach the new regional center in March 2026. However, I have received conflicting advice: some attorneys say the I-829 must be filed within 90 days of my conditional green card’s expiration, while others say it should be filed 2 years after the redeployment. How should the I-829 filing timeline be calculated in this situation?
