If I invest today in a rural project with an approved I-956F, how much time would have to go by for a writ of mandamus to be appropriate in case of an I-526E form? I have heard it takes as little as 6 months

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyNot sure a writ will work at 6 months but we getting lots of 526E approvals in 2-4 months on our rural projects with approved 956F.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyI would probably not recommend a writ of mandamus until your case has been pending outside the posted processing times for your type of case.
