We had an interview scheduled at the U.S. consulate in Dubai before the war broke out. Not all appointments are canceled, and we received notice that they will be rescheduled when routine services resume. Will this additional time affect my petition in any way?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysAlthough it will obviously delay your visa issuance, it will not affect the validity of your approved I-526/526E. You were required to apply for your visa within a year of I-526 approval and you must have fulfilled that requirement if a visa interview was scheduled.
