What to do if my I-829 is approved but my wife and child’s isn’t?

I am the main applicant of my family’s I-829 petition, and I recently found my receipt number status was approved. But my wife and child’s receipt number status are still pending. Is this normal? What can I do while we wait for their numbers to be approved?

Not abnormal. The principal is always approved first and usually dependent approvals follow shortly.

Yes, that’s normal. However, if you don’t see your wife and child’s case status change in one month, I would suggest you or your lawyer reach out to USCIS’s EB-5 program office.
