What can I do if my financial institution is on the HO”s list of institutions that do not satisfy U.K. Tier 1 (Investor) visa requirements?

I am concerned about my U.K. Tier 1 (Investor) application being accepted because the majority of my funds for investment are with a financial institution that is on the Home Office’s “naughty list.”

You will need to move the funds, as the Home Office will not give the required points to approve the visa otherwise.

You do not qualify for points and the application will be refused.

In these circumstances, the application is likely to be refused. You would need to ensure your funds are held in an approved institution.

The application will be rejected. You will need to transfer the funds to an institution which is approved by the Home Office. You will need to show providence for at least 6 months.
