What should we do if NVC did not issue invoices for dependents?

My husband''s I-526 was recently approved and the NVC sent him the invoice to continue with the consular process. Our concern is that the NVC just issued his invoice to complete the DS-260, but did not issue the invoice for me(wife) and our two kids. I called NVC and they said that it was just created for the main applicant (because is the version from 2013 that didn''t request info for the family members). My question is how we can proceed? Should we just file his DS-260 and eventually they will create our invoices?

You can ask NVC to add dependents via email and provide the requisite documents establishing the dependent relationship.

You cannot just file a DS-260 without necessary approval and assignment of case number from the NVC. In the situation that seems to be a long and unusual delay, as in this instance, contact the NVC by phone and writing particularly email to inquire about the invoice(s) about other members. Advisably, consult your attorney or EB-5 attorney assistance for the resolution of this issue.

Ask them to send you fee bills for the dependents.

Send NVC proof of the relationship marriage and birth certificates and ask them to issue fee bills.

They rarely do! You need to email them with marriage certificates, birth certificates, and copies of passports.

You should let NVC generate the fee bills for you and your two kids. If you need help, please feel free to contact our firm.

You need to communicate with NVC and upload the birth certificates and marriage certificate with a request to re-issue the fee bills including the dependents.
