My husband”s I-526 was recently approved and the NVC sent him the invoice to continue with the consular process. Our concern is that the NVC just issued his invoice to complete the DS-260, but did not issue the invoice for me(wife) and our two kids. I called NVC and they said that it was just created for the main applicant (because is the version from 2013 that didn”t request info for the family members). My question is how we can proceed? Should we just file his DS-260 and eventually they will create our invoices?

In the situation that seems to be a long and unusual delay, as in this instance, contact the NVC by phone and writing particularly email to inquire about the invoice(s) about other members.
