I would like to know how to compare projects for a higher chance of visa application approval.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysImmigration track record, complete description of the project, bios of the project managers, financial documents if they have been in existence for a while, projected return on your investment, economic studies on job creation plans, how many I-526’s have they had approved (or denied), same for I-829’s. Are they in a rural or other fast-track area, when was the I-956E approved (will they share a copy).
