What should I do if the visa fee payment link from NVC email does not work?

I received a welcome email from NVC, but I cannot open the visa fee link to pay. What should I do? My EB-5 priority date is May 2019 but I recieved the letter from NVC. Does this sound legit?

If your visa number is current and the NVC sent invoices, you should be good to go. If the link is not working you may need to email the NVC.

If your I-526 is approved, you can email or call the NVC directly to see if they have your case and to resolve the fee payment issue. If your I-526 petition, filed in May 2019, is still pending with USCIS and has not yet been approved, then the NVC email is a scam.

Contact NVC; they respond within a couple of days.

You should review it with your legal counsel who can email or call NVC.

It is best to call them or send an inquiry through their portal with your case number.
