My I-526 has been approved and I have a pending I-485. My Priority Date has been current for a while. I also got a request for biometrics for I-485 a couple of months ago. Does this give any indication of my EB-5 processing moving forward or is there no way to predict the timeline?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyWhile all countries are "current" the processing time can still run several months due to the number of pending cases. Yes, you must simply wait.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyAssuming your case is otherwise complete, the timeline is usually less than a year total, but officers vary greatly in their efficiencies so nothing you can count on.
