I filed my EB-5 petition with an independent investment earlier this year and got an RFE soon after. We have not heard back from the USCIS since then. The only answer we get is an email saying, “We apologize for the delay,” etc. How long does the USCIS usually take to respond after an RFE is submitted? Will it be like this every time we get an RFE?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysUSCIS’s official guideline is to respond to RFE within 60 days after your RFE response submission, however in EB-5 cases it can take months, or even years.
