I am concerned about what’s going on in the US right now regarding immigrants. I aimed to apply for the EB-5 this year, but now I am not that convinced. I want to know what my options if I decide to rescind my application halfway into the process. How much will it cost me, monetary and time wise.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysMost regional centers do not cancel subscription agreements because one changes their minds. Refunds are usually based on denial of the initial petition but even there, be careful.

EB-5 Immigration attorneysWhat applications do you have pending? A simple letter will withdraw each, but you need to think hard about doing this. You need to communicate with the project on what if any monies you would get back.
